How the business owner signs in to their site
Nothing is emailed at purchase and there is no password: the owner opens their site's address with /manage on the end, enters the email they paid with, and gets a sign-in link within a minute.
The owner gets a simple login on their own site to see leads and request changes; you stay the builder. Nothing is emailed at purchase and there is no password. The owner opens their site's address with /manage on the end, for example theirsite.com/manage, enters the email they paid with, and a sign-in link is emailed to them within a minute. It works for 24 hours and they can ask for a new one any time.
If no email arrived, the owner has not been to /manage yet, or entered a different email from the one used at checkout.
Emails the owner receives, a lead from their contact form or their login link, come from a pindrop.host sending address with their own business name as the sender name. That is the one place a client sees Pindrop's name.
