What happens to my clients if I stop paying for my plan?

The client's subscription is with Pindrop, not with you, so the client's site stays live as long as the client keeps paying, and your 90% share of every client payment keeps being paid out. Cancelling your plan, or a lapse of a week or a month, does not stop payouts. What you lose without a plan is credits: no new builds and no AI edits until you start a plan again.

The one condition is that you keep looking after the client: answer the owner's change requests. A request counts as answered once you reply to it or mark it done. If an owner's requests go unanswered for weeks, support will contact you first, and may step in to look after that client so their site stays cared for.

If a client pays you directly instead of through Pindrop, your own plan is what keeps their site live.
