What happens to my clients if I stop paying for my plan?

The client's subscription is with Pindrop, not with you, so the client's site stays live as long as the client keeps paying, and your 90% share of every client payment keeps being paid out. Cancelling your plan, or a lapse of a week or a month, does not stop payouts. What you lose without a plan is credits: no new builds and no AI edits until you start a plan again.

The one condition is that you keep looking after the client. If an owner's change request sits unanswered for 10 days you get a warning, and at 14 days Pindrop takes that client over and your share on that client ends.

If a client pays you directly instead of through Pindrop, your own plan is what keeps their site live.
