How to publish a site and show it to the owner

Press Publish. It is free, costs no credits, gives you a real link to text the owner, and nothing about money is asked until you set a price.

Publishing is how you get a link to show an owner. It is free, costs no credits, and the site can be taken offline at any time from its "It's live" screen. The order is publish, pitch, then bill. Nothing about money is asked at publish time.

  • On a paid plan, the site goes live on its address and stays up. The address is the demo, and it does not expire.
  • Without a plan, you can publish a free seven-day preview: a real site on a real address, hidden from search, no credits.

The publish sheet offers "Show it to the owner first" and "They said yes: set a price". The "It's live" screen then offers "Now let's sell it", which opens the pitch writer that drafts the messages to send.

The live site is a snapshot

The published site is a snapshot taken at the moment of publishing. Edits made afterwards, including new photos, do not appear on the live site until you press Publish again. Republishing is free.

A sales script

On a lead's contact details, "Write me a pitch" writes a call script specific to that business and the site built for it: an opener, what to say when they respond, and a voicemail. It is free.
