Credit top-up packs
One-time packs of 1,500, 3,500 or 8,000 credits from the credits menu; a pack is credits only and never pays for a plan month.
Packs of 1,500, 3,500 or 8,000 credits are one-time purchases from the credits menu. A pack is credits only: buying one does not pay a plan month and does not fix a failed plan payment. If your plan payment failed, retry that payment from Account then Billing rather than buying a pack. See Card declined or payment failed.
