Do unused credits roll over?
No. On each renewal the balance is brought back up to the plan's full monthly amount; a balance already above it from a top-up pack is kept.
Credits do not stack from month to month. On each renewal the balance is brought back up to the plan's full monthly amount, so 1,500 left on renewal day becomes the full 2,000 on Starter, not the two added together. A balance already above the allotment, for example from a top-up pack, is kept rather than cut down.
