Contact forms, bookings and where the messages go
Every published site has a working contact form and can have a booking section; submissions are emailed to the address set for the site and kept in your Leads inbox.
Published sites have a working contact form. Submissions are emailed to the address set for the site and appear in your dashboard inbox. In free edit, tap the form's send button to set where messages go. Every field on the form reaches the owner, including fields you added or renamed.
Every template supports booking: switch it on under Controls then Booking, or ask the Prompt tab to "add a booking section". Visitors pick a day and time inside the business hours set in the editor, and the request lands in the same inbox and email. There is no online payment for bookings; the business confirms and takes payment its own way.
The owner says they are not getting form emails
Nothing is lost: every submission is kept in the builder's Leads inbox. The email comes from hello@pindrop.host, the sender name reads "<business name> website", and the subject starts "New lead for <business name>". Have the owner search their inbox for that subject, including Spam and, on Gmail, the Promotions and Updates tabs; if it is there, mark it Not spam and add hello@pindrop.host to their contacts. If it is nowhere, check the address the form sends to for a typo.
